Indian federation of neuro rehabilitation, the Indian Chapter of the World Federation of Neuro rehabilitation was formed on 24thApril 2010. His Highness Jodhpur, Dr Rrajendra Prasad and Dr Nirmal Surya are the Founder members. A 3 day International Congress on Neurology and Rehabilitation was held at Goa from 23rd April to 25th April, 2010. All 3 days were attended by His Highness Jodhpur. On 25th April Dr Rajendra Prasad gave a presentation on IHIF. (related pictures)

It gives us great pleasure to announce that Yuvraj Shivraj of Jodhpur was engaged on 10th March, 2010 to a young princess from the foot hills of Himalayas. The palace is bustling with excited activity for the forthcoming wedding some time this year.

1st International Neuro Rehab Workshop held at Indraprastha Apollo Hospitals, New Delhi on 10th & 11th Aug,09

IHIF will conduct two-day Primary Trauma Care (PTC) courses for doctors and nurses every alternate month, and one-day Primary Trauma Care (PTC) course designed for "First Responders" who may be police officials, press, hotel employees, school teachers, etc. every alternate month. The First Responder Training Course takes four hours and will be conducted by six doctors, to groups of up to twenty-four (24) participants for each course. In addition to these, one Disaster Management course and one Neuro Critical Care Workshop shall be conducted every year.

This year a "First Responders" course for the polo fraternity Delhi was held at the Army Equestrian Centre on 4th February, followed by a PTC course for nurses at the Indraprastha Apollo Hospitals (Sarita Vihar).

The next fund raising event will be held in Mumbai on the evening of Friday 18th June, 2010 where our co chairs are Deepak and Smita Parekh
